NACHA requests comments on a proposal to amend the NACHA Operating Rules regarding “Authorization and Returns.” Comments on the proposal are due by November 7, 2008.

6. Sample B – Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit

The ACH Participant Survey is intended to gather feedback from ACH participants on the proposal.  Survey responses will be reviewed in detail to determine whether ACH participants support the proposal and whether any refinements to the proposal would be appropriate.
