This fall,
the Council MEGA meeting will take place at the
Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in
Nashville, Tennessee on September 24-26, 2007.
NACHA’s Council MEGA Meeting offers a unique
opportunity for Industry Council (CEBP, CPC, ECC and
Internet Council) members to gather together in one
location to network, learn and share valuable
industry information. This new meeting format allows
registrants to chart their own course over the 2 ½
days. Along with three general sessions there are 20
concurrent sessions and work group time slots.
Meeting participants can attend any session that
fits their area of interest, thereby customizing the
experience and providing the highest benefit.

APPLICATION– If you are not already a
member of Corporate Payments Council, Council for
Electronic Billing and Payments, Electronic Check
Council or Internet Council you must apply to attend
the meeting as guest. (Please note: Guests are only
permitted to attend one Council meeting, whether it
be an individual Council meeting or the Council Mega
Meeting.) Please access

ACCEPTED-
ACCOMMODATIONS - NACHA has a room block at
the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
The room rate is $203/night for a single or double
occupancy PLUS a daily resort fee of $10**. Please
call 615-889-1000 or 866-972-6779 and ask for the
N-NACHA block to make reservations.
The cut-off date for reservations is Friday,
August 31, 2007. NACHA is holding a block
of rooms but this is not a guarantee of availability
through the cutoff date. Reservations are accepted
on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please make
your reservations early. All reservations must be
accompanied by one night’s deposit plus tax or
guaranteed by a major credit card (and hotel will
charge credit card for one night’s stay prior to
arrival.) Deposits are only refundable for
cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival.
Please remember you are responsible for making your
own hotel arrangements.
Please NOTE:
We would like to make you aware of a slight change
to the room pricing previously quoted to you. On
August 9, 2007, the Metropolitan Nashville
Government approved a 1% hotel room tax increase as
well as a $2.00 per room per night city tax. These
new City Government changes will be in effect
beginning September 1, 2007.
**The $10.00
resort fee includes: high speed internet in guest
rooms, complimentary local and 1-800 telephone calls
(up to 20 minutes a call), daily USA Today, 2
bottles of water in guest rooms (refreshed daily),
complex transportation, access to the Cyber Café,
access to the 24-hour fitness center, and access to
the spa.
