The
Electronic Benefits and Services (EBS) Council
is a group of stakeholders that develops
consensual, commercially based operating rules
to facilitate interoperable electronic
government payments and services. The EBS
Council supports the delivery of the next
generation of electronic benefits and payments
by governments, through the operation of two
forums - the EBT Forum and the Government
Payments and Services Forum. The Government
Payments and Services Forum helps governments
identify, analyze, and adopt new technologies,
products and practices that enhance electronic
payments and the electronic delivery of
services. The EBT Forum continues to maintain
the QuestTM Operating Rules and remains a leader
in providing EBT education. |
