Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. 100% refund until October 31, 2008 less a $100 processing fee. NO REFUNDS after October 31, 2008. Substitutions will be allowed when submitted in writing. All registration forms plus payment in full must be received at the NACHA office by November 5, 2008. Due to the nature of this program, no onsite registrations will be allowed.
