Important Notice: Advance payment required.
No invoices. Multiple registrations: complete a
separate form for each registrant.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
requests will not be accepted via telephone and must
be submitted in writing via fax or eMail
(meetings@nacha.org). Refunds will be processed
for the amount paid minus a $100 processing fee if
the request is received by May 2, 2008. NO
REFUNDS will be granted after May 2, 2008.
Written substitution requests from within the same
organization will be permitted at any time. For full

Special Needs: If you are disabled, require

pay by ACH credit, credit card or USD-denominated

rate. Please note that all registrations made via
credit card are processed in USD.

format) and either fax it or send it via surface
mail to NACHA as instructed on the form.

The Government Rate is available to the staff of
local, state/provincial, federal and foreign
governments, NGOs (such as the World Bank, UN and
Red Cross), and higher education institutions
(colleges, universities, etc.). The rate is not
available to government contractors. |
