provides the following information:

The teleseminar telephone number and passcode to
enter the call

Provides a web link that will help you verify the
time zone you are in
Participants are encouraged to print out a copy of
the confirmation email so that it can be easily
referred to on the day of the teleseminar.
How soon can I expect my email
confirmation after I register?
That depends on your form of payment. Your
registration is NOT confirmed until your payment has
been received and processed. Only after your payment
has been received and processed can we issue an
email confirmation. This timeframe varies depending
on the payment method you use. Typically, payments
received by NACHA before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time are
processed that day. Payments received after 3:00
p.m. Eastern Time are processed the next business
day. Please allow time for the normal clearing
cycles. Registrations made via surface mail with
paper check as payment method are subject to
standard postal and lockbox processing, and can take
as much as 10 to 12 business days. Confirmations are
sent to registrants via email within 2 business days
of payment processing by NACHA.
Why don't I get an email
confirmation immediately after I register?
We cannot confirm your registration until your
payment is received and processed. Payment
completion is dependent on the type of payment
procedure you choose.

zone I'm in?

website address where you can verify the time zone
you are in. Click here to view that website.

handouts?
Your email confirmation will provide you with a
special website link and passcode. Handout materials
are generally posted one week prior to the
teleseminar.
How many people can listen in on
the teleseminar call?
As many as can fit in your office or conference room
or wherever you are calling from. Your registration
provides access to the teleseminar on a single
telephone line. There is no limit as to how many
people can listen in on the call as long as they are
using the same telephone line you are.
If you plan to have people participating from
multiple locations on different phone lines, a
separate registration form must be submitted along
with a separate registration fee for each telephone
line used.
What's contained on the post-teleseminar
CD ROM?
Shortly after the conclusion of a teleseminar, a
complete CD ROM version of the teleseminar will
become available for purchase. The CD ROM contains
the audio portion of the teleseminar and the
corresponding PowerPoint presentations.
