Council MEGA Meeting

This year’s Council MEGA meeting will take place at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland on June 17-19, 2008. NACHA’s Council MEGA Meeting offers a unique opportunity for Industry Council (CEBP, ECC and Internet Council) members and guests to gather together in one location to network, learn and share valuable industry information. Meeting participants can attend any session that fits their area of interest, thereby customizing the experience and providing the highest benefit.

GUEST APPLICATION– If you are not already a member of the Council for Electronic Billing and Payments, Electronic Check Council or Internet Council you must apply to attend the meeting as guest. (Please note: Guests are only permitted to attend one Council meeting, whether it be an individual Council meeting or the Council MEGA Meeting.) Please access this Link

ACCOMMODATIONS - NACHA has a room block at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel. The room rate is $199/night for a single or double occupancy.  To make reservations please follow the link below:

The cut-off date for reservations is Monday, May 26, 2008. NACHA is holding a block of rooms but this is not a guarantee of availability through the cutoff date. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please make your reservations early. All reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (and hotel will charge credit card for one night’s stay prior to arrival.) Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival. Please remember you are responsible for making your own hotel arrangements.
