Continuing Education Credits
The 2023 ACH Legal & Compliance Summit is approved for the following accreditations and certifications.*
- Up to 12.0 Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) Continuing Education Credits for the year.
- Up to 10.0 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits.
Continuing education credits may apply to other accreditation/certification programs. Please check back as we get closer to the event.
Kelley Drye is the CLE Accredited Provider for Nacha's 2022 ACH Legal and Compliance Summit. Kelley Drye is an accredited provider of NY, IL, CA and TX CLE. This program is eligible for California, Illinois and Texas general credits and New York non-transitional credit only. If you request credit for another jurisdiction, you will receive a general certificate of attendance which you can use to apply for CLE in your desired jurisdiction. In accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board, this non-transitional, CLE program is not approved for newly-admitted attorneys within the first two years of admission to the Bar.
