Direct Deposit is one of those things that’s easy to take for granted. Like clockwork, it delivers employees' salaries each payday, as well as Social Security and veterans benefits. And as far as most people are concerned, it all happens without a second thought. But in these unprecedented times, Direct Deposit has found itself in the forefront.
That's why we've created a new campaign: #DirectDepositDelivers.
Register with the IRS for Economic Impact Payments
The IRS has designated Nov. 10 as National Economic Impact Payment Registration Day. It’s their final push to encourage everyone who doesn't normally file a tax return to register to receive an Economic Impact Payment, and millions of Americans still need to register with the IRS by Nov. 21 to get a payment electronically this year.
Additionally, you can check if a payment has been sent or confirm your payment type: Direct Deposit or by mail.
Direct Deposit Delivers Resources to Share
As an employer or employee, you may have benefited from Direct Deposit as well. And, if you’d like to share the positive impact that Direct Deposit has had, we’ve developed some sample social media posts.
