The Nominating Committee of the NACHA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been elected by the Membership to the NACHA Board of Directors for terms beginning Jan. 1, 2017:

2017 NACHA Board of Directors

The Board of Directors oversees the governance and administration of NACHA in its capacity as industry trade association and ACH Network administrator. To this end, the Board provides guidance and addresses issues of strategic significance to the ACH Network and the national association.
 
Provided for your reference is the NACHA Board of Directors effective January 1, 2017. In accordance with the NACHA Bylaws, the Nominating Committee will present a slate of three Directors for election by the Board in January 2017 to serve as Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary/Treasury for the 2017-2018 Officer term.
