As we look to the future, NACHA is beginning its strategic planning process. Integral to this undertaking is a survey of diverse industry stakeholders that, along with other inputs, will be used to inform the strategic plan that will guide the ACH Network and the association through the end of this decade.
In order to ensure that we are responsive to the needs and priorities of our membership and the diverse parties that utilize the ACH Network and/or help others to do so, we invite you to participate in an online survey. The survey should take between 15 and 20 minutes to complete. Individual responses will be kept strictly confidential and will be aggregated to inform subsequent strategic planning discussions and decisioning over the coming months.
You may want to download and review the ACH Blueprint before you take the survey. After the inclusive and extensive engagement of diverse ACH participants including corporate and other end-user organizations, financial institutions, solution providers and processors, ACH Operators and others, NACHA published the ACH Blueprint in 2012. The ACH Blueprint provides a roadmap to help NACHA manage change to the ACH Network with its members and the industry over multiple years, with eight desired attributes for the ACH Network that serve as guideposts to inform the strategic direction and specific initiatives undertaken to realize those attributes over the course of this decade
Note: If you want to download a Word version of the survey so that you can circulate to colleagues internally in order to complete, you may do so. However, if possible, we ask that you enter your responses in the online survey. If your employer prohibits you from using SurveyMonkey, please send your completed survey to Scott Lang via email.
The survey period has been extended and will be open through Tuesday, May 2, 2017.
The survey covers a range of issues of relevance to your organization’s use of the ACH Network and engagement with NACHA — today and into the future. The broad industry feedback that was captured from previous surveys provided valuable input to our strategic plans since 2009, and we anticipate the same again. If you believe there are other people in your organization who are in a better position to participate in the survey, or if you have customers, members, vendors, and others in your professional circles whose voices should be heard, please feel free to invite them to participate.
