Meeting Details

Alliance members and guests will meet February 26-28, 2025 for our winter member meeting in Dallas, Texas! The agenda is under development and will be shared in the coming weeks. In the meantime, below is the preliminary schedule and hotel details to aid in making travel arrangements. Also, please use the registration link below to indicate your participation in the meeting! Reminder, there is no registration fee for members to attend the meeting. If you see a fee when registering, please contact us for help. We look forward to seeing you in February!

Nacha has secured a room block at the group rate of $269 per night plus taxes. Complimentary WiFi is included. The cut-off date for the group rate is February 7, 2025. Although Nacha is holding this block of rooms, availability is not guaranteed through the cut-off date so please make your reservations early. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. Guests may cancel their reservations with no penalty 24 hours prior to arrival.

**Please note: A $25 amenity fee will be added to the group rate, however, it will be refunded to you when you check in.
