The Cybersecurity and Payments AI Project Team develops education, resources and tools to help organizations understand evolving threats related to potential cyberattacks and the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the payments industry. Project Team meetings are interactive and include an open forum to discuss industry hot topics that are quickly emerging to help members keep a pulse on the latest developments.

2026 Goals

Lead in-person meeting sessions and webinars covering cyber/AI hot topics.
Continue to deliver/promote content around recognized dates (e.g., March-National Consumer Protection Week, October-Cybersecurity month).
Publish thought-leadership resource on AI related to payments.
Publish updated cybersecurity tabletop exercise general guide and launch BEC module .
