Also known as the ACH Rules, the Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines are developed, updated annually and maintained by Nacha. These rules and guidelines are designed to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the ACH Network, as well as protect the rights of all ACH Network participants, including corporate originators, financial institutions and consumers.
