NACHA Supports the Work of the Merchant and Financial Services Cybersecurity Partnership

 NACHA announced that it is supportive of the work of the Merchant and Financial Services Cybersecurity Partnership. The Partnership, launched earlier this year, will facilitate collaboration amongst payments stakeholders in an effort to improve security across the payments system and better protect customers from cyber threats.

New Report Assesses Business Case for ISO 20022

In an effort to evaluate the business case to adopt ISO 20022 payment messages, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, The Clearing House Payments Company LLC, NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association, and the Accredited Standards Committee X9, Inc., engaged KPMG LLP (KPMG) to conduct an independent assessment on whether or not a business case existed to adopt ISO 20022 payment messages for wire and ACH systems in the U.S.
