Nacha is hosting a complimentary webinar on healthcare payment trends and opportunities to increase electronic payment efficiencies. The live webinar will focus on findings from the Voice of the Customer research by Nacha including healthcare payment trends, challenges, and opportunities for increased payment efficiency. 

The webinar will also serve as a “call for volunteers” to participate in Nacha’s Healthcare Payments Working Group, a nascent effort by Nacha to: 

1. Establish a collaborative environment with industry stakeholders.
2. Generate discussions around electronic funds transfer (EFT) and automated clearing house (ACH) utilization.
3. Share insights and best practices.
