Smarter Faster Payments is Nacha’s annual conference, providing unparalleled payments education, a dynamic exhibit hall, and valuable networking opportunities. This industry event is designed for a diversity of organizations that are interested in driving innovation, delivering value through new solutions and services, and employing these offerings to meet their business needs and/or those of their customers.
For those new to Smarter Faster Payments, the conference is the choice venue for new and seasoned payments professionals from financial institutions, solutions providers and corporates to come learn and engage through educational sessions, exhibit hall and a variety of networking opportunities.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will not be accepted via telephone and must be submitted in writing via email to meetings@nacha.org or fax to (703) 713-1641. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus a $200 processing fee if the request is received by Thursday, March 21, 2024. NO REFUNDS will be granted after Thursday, March 21, 2024. Please ensure that you are registered at the proper rate and type (e.g. Member/Nonmember, etc.). No refunds for rate adjustments, due to improper selection of registration type, will be made after Thursday, April 25, 2024.
*Corporate End User Rate: Registrant must be employed directly by a business, corporate, state/local government, charitable or religious organization, or higher education institution (or enrolled student). The user’s organization originates and/or receives payments as a client of a financial institution or processor/solution provider and does not offer solutions, products or services to enable or support payments as its primary line of business. If you do not see this rate available during the online registration process and you believe you are eligible to receive this rate, please fill out and submit your information via the Corporate Rate Eligibility Form. Nacha reserves the right to determine eligibility.
**Attorney Rate: Registrant must be employed directly with a legal firm or legal counsel for a financial institution. If do not see this rate available during the online process and you believe you are eligible to receive this rate, please fill out and submit your information on the 2024 Attorney Registration Form.
***Exhibit Hall Only: Exhibit Hall Only participants may not attend concurrent sessions, the spotlight speaker series or the Wednesday Luncheon with speaker. Exhibit Hall Only participants may attend Topical Talks, the Payments Connection and Wednesday Night Out reception.
