Nacha has named Jennifer Stokley, J.D., APRP, to the position of General Counsel. Stokley will join Nacha’s Executive Management Team where, among other duties, she will provide guidance for the legal foundation associated with the development, maintenance and enforcement of the Nacha Operating Rules.

“Jennifer is an accomplished payments attorney with extensive industry experience, and she earned her APRP accreditation, making her the ideal person to lead the legal oversight of the ACH Network and the Nacha organization,” said Jane Larimer, President and CEO of Nacha.

Stokley comes to Nacha after seven years at Wells Fargo in a senior counsel capacity in consumer payments and deposits, with extensive experience working with the Nacha Operating Rules and regulatory matters. Prior to Wells Fargo, she worked for eight years with Bank of America as associate counsel in support of consumer marketing and sales practices, preceded by experience with law firms in North Carolina and Colorado after clerking for the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota.

Stokley succeeds Nacha's current general counsel Jeanette Hait Blanco, who will be retiring after serving in the role since 2020.
